1. Overview
The Customized Planning Process is a travel consultation and itinerary-planning service designed to help clients clarify their travel needs, organize trip details, and receive expert guidance. Participation in this process constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. Service Structure
a. Initial Inquiry + Free 15-Minute Consultation
Clients begin by submitting a planning questionnaire and scheduling a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
This consultation is designed to assess your needs, discuss trip goals, and determine whether the service is a good fit.
b. One-Hour Planning Session ($75)
If you choose to move forward, you will book a 60-minute planning session for a fee of $75.
This planning session includes:
- One-on-one guidance
- Clarification of travel preferences and priorities
- Customized recommendations
- A preliminary framework for your itinerary
c. After the Planning Session
After the session, clients may:
- Continue planning and booking independently, using the notes and recommendations provided, or
- Hire me The Network as your Travel Planner / Agent to complete bookings on your behalf. Additional planning and booking fees may apply depending on the complexity of the trip.
3. Payment & Booking Policies
- The one-hour planning session fee ($75) is non-refundable.
- Payment is required at the time of booking the planning session.
- If you choose to move forward with booking services, you will receive a separate invoice and service agreement outlining fees, deliverables, and timelines.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- The 15-minute consultation may be rescheduled once with at least 12 hours notice.
- The one-hour planning session may be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice.
- Missed appointments or appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice will require a new booking and payment.
5. Scope of Service
During the planning session, I provide recommendations based on the information you share.
You are responsible for:
- Final travel decisions
- Following passport/visa requirements
- Ensuring accuracy of personal information
- Any additional costs related to your travel arrangements
If you select ongoing planning or booking services, those details will be governed by a separate agreement.
6. Deliverables
At the conclusion of your one-hour planning session, you will receive:
- Session notes
- Recommended destinations/activities/accommodations (as applicable)
- Next-step guidance
Deliverables do not include finalized itineraries or secured bookings unless you purchase a full planning or booking package.
7. Liability
All travel involves inherent risks. I am not responsible for:
- Changes made by airlines, hotels, or tour operators
- Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events
- Costs incurred due to travel disruptions
Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Communicate promptly
- Review materials in a timely manner
- Make payments as required
- Follow all travel provider policies
Failure to adhere to these expectations may delay or impact your planning process.
9. Intellectual Property
All recommendations, research, and planning materials provided remain the intellectual property of the planner and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation or planning session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
